Monroe Community College (referred to hereafter as “MCC” and “College”) is accepting proposals to retain a consultant to:

Coordinate, plan and conduct a multi-day Finger Lakes regional “future of work” symposium, under the leadership of MCC, that will include participation by recognized subject matter experts, business and industry members, and community stakeholders.
The symposium is part of a larger research project to inform the revision of existing, and development of new, technical training and academic programming;
Produce a technical document that identifies the future knowledge/skills/abilities, and technological competencies of technicians required by industry.
This project will be guided by a steering committee made up of key stakeholders from the community industry partners and subject matter experts.
