(2) aluminum transom frame in dark bronze finish with (2 ) I insulated textured panel in dark bronze finish for transom, (4) FRP textured doors in dark bronze finish with (4) 24" x 30" window kits with 1/4" clear tempered glass: (12) 4.5" non-removable pin ball bearing hinges in 261) finish, (4) heavy duty rim exit devices in 321) finish, (4) night latch function pull trims in 32D finish, ( 2 ) keyed removable mullion in aluminum finish, (6) IC cylinders (less core), (2) surface mount electric strike in 630 finish, (4) heavy duty cast body surface mount closers in aluminum finish, (2) power transfer wire whip, ( 2 ) set weather-strip, (4) brush sweeps and (2 ) aluminum threshold.
*Work performed will include removal of the existing aluminum transom frames. Doors and hardware and prepping the existing openings to accept new aluminum transom frames, insulated panels, aluminum doors and hardware. Includes complete installation and adjustment as needed to all materials listed above to allow for proper operation for (2) store fronts, one on the west side and one on the east side of the north side of the building. Contractor will leave all door hardware with the District and remove all old doors, frames and galss.
