Description

Power wash and scrape entire building. Calk and mortar all areas as needed. Prime entire building with Sherwin Williams Preprite (one coat). Paint entire building with super finish (one coat). Paint all metal frames or lentils with industrial enamel paint.

Contractor will be responsible for all cleanup and disposal of any and all materials. Contractor will provide any and all paint and materials needed to complete the job. School District will provide paint code and shade to contractor.
