NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for Rental of Various Pieces of Construction Equipment for Livingston County will be received by the Office of the Livingston County Administrator, located at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court Street, Room 302, Geneseo, New York, 14454 until 10:00 a.m. on the morning of January 28, 2026. All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked “Sealed bid for Rental of Various Pieces of Construction Equipment”. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 205 of said Government Center at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of January 28, 2026.

Copies of Bid Documents may be obtained from the Livingston County Highway Dept. located at 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, New York 14510, by e-mail elaineszoczei@livingstoncountyny.gov.gov or by calling (585) 243‑6700. Bids may also be obtained by download at http://www.bidnetdirect.com after January 6, 2026.

Bidders assume responsibility for having their bids deposited on time at the place specified. To be considered “delivered on time,” a submission must be received by County Administration by the appointed day and time. All bids received after the day and time stated will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Livingston County Highway Department by emailing elaineszoczei@livingstoncountyny.gov or by calling (585) 243-6700 or pick-up at the Livingston County Highway Department, 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, NY 14510. Bids may also be obtained by download at http://www.bidnetdirect.com

Questions regarding the Bidding Documents are to be emailed to Elaine Szoczei at elaineszoczei@livingstoncountyny.gov or highway@livingstoncountyny.gov or faxed to (585) 243-6715 to the attention of Jason Wolfanger no later than 12:00 PM January 21, 2026. Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all in receipt of the Bidding Documents no later than 4:00 PM on January 23, 2026. If necessary, an addendum to the Bidding Documents will be issued. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents.

All bids must be accompanied by a fully executed Non-Collusion Certification and Appendix “D” Certification “Iranian Energy Sector Divestment” pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law Section 103-g in order to be considered for award.

The County of Livingston reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
