RFP 2312IP - Concrete Storm Tanks Inspection & Cleaning Services

The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation (NYCCOC), a   New York State public benefit corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide concrete storm retention tanks inspection and cleaning services at the Javits Center.

There are 2 tanks, 1 on the west side with 2 compartments & 1 on the east side with 2 compartments.

West
(2) 132'x44'x5'high
Bi-annual Service
Quarterly Cleaning & Inspect Concrete Tank
Cleaning & Inspections - Clean by scrubbing, as required with approved solution "simple green" or equal.

All debris must be put in plastic bags and removed from the premises.
Contractor to inspect the interior of tank to determine the condition of the lining (if applicable). Should further work be required, a separate proposal must be submitted to Javits Center.
We need to be supplied with before, after pictures, and pictures of any damage found. 
The interior of the tank coating must be repaired by the original contractor.
