RFP-10-1 - Grant Evaluator

Summary of Specifications:
The New York State Student Technology Leader (NYSSTL)is looking to procure the services of a Grant Evaluator. 

The evaluation process will consist of data collection through paper-pencil pre-and post-, and/or on-line, test surveys, and observations of and interviews with students, teachers, and administrators, as well as archival records, such as program materials, students’ standardized State test scores and other standardized curriculum test scores. Documentation will include: participant (advisors, teachers and students) attendance, number of professional development hours completed, technology projects completed and matched with TechYES, NCLB and ISTE NETS standards, and students’ and teachers’ comfort level with technology integration into classroom instruction.
