The project includes the supply of equipment, materials and labor for the installation of new heating units in the chemical rooms of the Central Dutchess Water Transmission Line Pump Station including all mounting hardware, conduit, and conductors along with modifications to the power panel. Contractor will obtain all required building permits. The work is shown on drawings and specifications prepared by KC Engineering and Land Surveying, PC included in the bid documents.

The Owner will conduct a Mandatory Pre-Bid conference and site visit that will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Central Dutchess Transmission Line Facility located at 21 Page Park Dr., Poughkeepsie, NY All bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation must attend this meeting and site visit and must wear a face mask. Failure to attend this meeting and sign attendance roster will be basis to return any bid to a bidder not documented in attendance.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids will be received until 1 PM (local time) Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the offices of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority, 1 Lagrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie, New York. There is a secure drop box located at the backdoor entrance within the back parking lot that bids can be inserted, as entrance to the building is not permitted due to COVID-19 related requirements. Bids will be reviewed, and the Contract will be awarded within ninety (90) days of receipt of bids.
