All interested bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation must attend and sign the attendance roster. Failure to attend this mandatory site visit and sign the attendance roster will be basis to return any bid to a bidder not documented in attendance. Potential bidders must provide their own transportation to this site. Note: if you have already been awarded this HVAC Maintenance Contract in past years then you are excused from this mandatory site visit.

If you would like to schedule an appointment for site visits to the other four (4) locations to view the HVAC equipment at those locations, please call Richard Winchester, Director of Operations, at 845-486-3626. Bidders are responsible for their own transportation to each location.
