2526-06 - Bottled Water and Water Coolers/Dispensers

Dutchess BOCES is seeking quotes for the provision and delivery of bottled water and water cooler dispensers to multiple departments across our main campus. This includes 5-gallon bottles for dispenser use, as well as occasional cases of small bottled water (e.g., 16.9 oz or equivalent) for events. Vendors should supply a mix of hot/cold water dispensers as outlined in the attached specifications. Bottles must be delivered and empties picked up regularly with no bottle deposit fees. Vendors are also expected to provide standard maintenance and timely replacement of dispensers as needed.
