Ulster County seeks to retain Advertising Agency services from one or more firm(s). The role of the Advertising Agency is to promote Ulster County through defined advertising campaigns and marketing strategies with the approval of the Tourism Director, Rick Remsnyder. All work must meet New York State I Love NY Matching Funds Guidelines. A copy of the New York State I Love NY Matching Funds Guidelines can be obtained by contacting Ulster County Purchasing. Current plans call for the following areas of interest: „XAnnual Media Plan: TV, Radio, and all Advertising: plans for placement „XPR: 48 Press Releases, pitches, develop relations with travel writers and Tourism industry. Create and maintain on behalf of the agency a comprehensive press release and media kit. „XWebsite ¡V experience in web search engines, calendar etc. ¡V Design, manage, and maintain; develop content; TOURISM must have the ability to redesign & upload to the website and must receive content in native format to make changes to actual mechanics „XPrint & Electronic media: Ad creation and placement, including flash „XInternet ¡V Search Engine Optimization and Pay per Click advertising and analysis „XReview current practices and make recommendations for consistency with brand „XE-Newsletter ¡V Monthly, creative. Weekly, create and distribute e-blast „XBrochure production ¡V three (3) to four (4) brochures such as hiking and golf. More to be determined. „XSocial Media ¡V Maintain Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms „XAll work generated shall be provided to UC Tourism in its native file format „XNative file format required for all work generated.
