Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of print services for Travel Guides for procurement by Ulster County Tourism.

Prices shall be net FOB any point in the Counties of Ulster and Dutchess in New York. Price quoted shall include delivery costs.

ONE SAMPLE OF SIMILAR PRINT JOB IS REQUIRED WITH BID PRICING or bid price will not be considered.

Number of Pages: 56 pages plus cover for a total of 60 pages, Saddle stitched: 11" x 17" trimmed and folded to 8 ½” x 10 7/8”. Cover: 80 lb. gloss text Inside Pages: 60 lb. gloss text Ink: 4/4 bleeds on all four sides, tints and bleeds throughout. Special: Response card (7 ½” x 4 ¼”) to be stapled into the travel guide. Black ink only, printed two sides. 100 lb. uncoated and perforated. Quantity: See pricing sheet. One of the quantities listed on the pricing sheet will be chosen based on lowest most responsive and responsible bid received.
