SAMPLE May Be Required after quote close date to more accurately award the item(s). Sample must be received within three business days of request. Samples not requested for return at the vendor's expense will be disposed of as Ulster County sees fit. 

Shipping and handling, FOB Destination to be included in quote price. Item is quoted in different quantities, only one quantity (lot) will be purchased. THE KIT THE VENDOR QUOTES MUST HAVE EVERY ITEM IN THE KIT. Do not quote if you cannot supply all of the items. 

If vendor delivers kits with less than the items required, vendor will pay for return of the kits at no cost to the County and future awards will be questioned.
