Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ulster is requesting proposals to obtain the services of a single qualified vendor or multiple qualified vendors or agencies working in partnership to operate the Nutrition Program for the Ulster County Office For the Aging (OFA).

The Ulster County Nutrition Program provides a minimum of one nutritionally balanced home delivered meal per day to eligible seniors 60 years or older.

Additionally, the program provides a noon time meal, companionship and health education to seniors at various Friendship Sites within Ulster County.
