Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that the Ulster County Tourism Department is seeking to develop an approved list of qualified consultant firms/teams that may be utilized to provide a variety of services on an “on call” basis. 

Optimize and analyze current website content. Design and execute a plan to maximize the website: 

1. Find the best keywords for the tourism website to attract people to the web. 2. Research to find out what competing counties are doing to have the best search engine 3. Write linkable and sharable content 4. Optimize title and mega tags 5. Optimize headings and subheadings 6. Use title and ALT attributes 7. Optimize file nomenclatures 8.Tell search engines what to index 9. Feed search engines static and XML site maps 10.Use checklists and validators 11. Pay per click program 

Please note that no single consultant firm/team is required to have the qualifications that encompass all of the proposed work disciplines described above. Individual firms with experience in multiple disciplines, or disciplines not listed above, will be considered.
