RFB-UC09-105 - REPLACEMENT OF ROOFTOP HVAC UNITS

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the replacement of two (2) rooftop HVAC units at The Community Corrections Facility, 63 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston. The work will consist of replacing the units with YORK 4-ton HVAC units with propane heat, or equal, including adapter curb and economizer (free cooling). Alternate brands offered must fit existing ductwork without significant modifications. All costs associated with any modifications shall be included in the vendor’s proposal. All work must be completed within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. 

In order for bidders to inspect the equipment currently in place and verify existing equipment and conditions, they must visit the site. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. at the Community Corrections Facility, 63 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY.
