Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of one (1) complete Automatic Highway Grade Crossing Signal System (flashing lights and gates) per the attached plans and specifications for procurement by the Ulster County Department of Highways and Bridges for use by the Catskill Mountain Railroad, Ulster County Capital Project #241. This bid is not intended to include the installation of the Signal System but the product provided must meet all applicable requirements of the attached specifications so these specifications can be used for future installation. The Signal Supplier shall provide all materials, transportation, necessary manuals, detailed circuit plans, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for materials to complete the supply of the automatic highway grade crossing warning system in accordance with plans and specifications.
