RFB-UC08-09 - PLASTIC BAGS FOR LINEN & WASTE

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of Plastic Bags for Linen and Waste collection for procurement by the Golden Hill Health Care Center. 

THREE (3) SAMPLES OF EACH BAG MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID PACKAGE FOR PRICING TO BE CONSIDERED. 

ITEM #1 - PLASTIC BAGS FOR LINEN COLLECTION HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), High Molecular Polyethylene Plastic Only, 19 Micron thickness. Size 29” x 45”, 250 per case., Min. case weight: 16 lbs. Size of bag must be exact measurements required. 

ITEM #2 - PLASTIC BAGS FOR INFECTIOUS WASTE COLLECTION LDPE, Low Density Polyethylene, 0.65 mil Hospi-Tuff flat fold, Size 30” X 35", 250 or 500 per case, Min. case weight: 9.6 lbs for the 250 qty, 18 lbs for the 500 qty.
