RFB-UC06-08 - PAVERLAID CHIP SEAL

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for application of Paverlaid Chip Seal/Ultrathin Hot Mix Asphalt highway surface paving system for procurement by the Highways and Bridges department,AS NEEDED during the contract period. The County will consider two options; 

OPTION #1 - COOPERATIVE PAVERLAID RESURFACING SERVICES - The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment and operators, and tools as requested, to paverlay roads and will work with the assistance of, and in conjunction with, the workforce and equipment of Ulster County Highways and Bridges or the hiring municipality. 

OPTION #2 - INDEPENDENT PAVERLAID RESURFACING SERVICES - The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment and operators, tools, and flag persons and laborers, to perform the entire project of paverlaying roads without the assistance of Ulster County Highways and Bridges or the hiring municipality.
