Summary of Specifications:
Engineering Firm to evaluate and recommend options for the energy efficient retrofit of the existing outdoor lighting system on Golden Hill, Kingston, NY. Such services will include: • a design and plan to replace existing wooden poles that are in need of replacement, • adapt existing metal poles to support new, energy efficient LED Luminaires and recommend new metal replacement poles where warranted. • recommend and design mountings for all new and existing poles, • recommend which pole bases should be reused, replaced, or eliminated. • analyze existing wiring and conduit for all new and existing poles. • to the maximum extent practicable existing pole locations should be used to accommodate the recommended new LED Luminaires.
