Summary of Specifications:
Ulster County is issuing a Request for Proposal to furnish, install, test, optimize and train Ulster County Law Enforcement and Information Services personnel in the use of a Logging Recorder. The purpose of this RFP is to provide vendors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Ulster County. The logging recorder will record communications made over phone and radio channels made to and from the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center.
