Description

The purpose of this RFP is to provide Ulster County with a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program for various locations in the County. There are currently 43 sites within Ulster County, although number and location may change during the life of the contract. 

A walk-thru is scheduled for FEBRUARY 21 and 22, 2018, 8:00 AM., starting at the Department of Public Works, 313 Shamrock Lane, Kingston, New York.  Vendors will be met by a representative of DPW Buildings and Grounds.  Vendors requesting additional information regarding the walk-thru may call 845-340-3142.
 
Due to the scope of this project, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend both days of the walk-thru.  Due to staffing and time constraints, no other site visits will be scheduled for this RFP.  If you miss the site visit, please do not call the DPW or the Purchasing Department to ask for special consideration to view the sites.  While this walk-thru is not mandatory in order to submit an RFP, missing it will not relieve your firm of any additional expenses required to complete services defined herein if you submit a RFP and are awarded a contract.
