Summary of Specifications:
The Awarded vendor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installation of a new inmate property conveyor per the following specification. The installation shall include, but is not limited to, the following requirements;
• Provide a White Conveyors Inc. total inmate property storage Model JDR 100U, or equal • The conveyor must be double yoke with 60 lbs./lineal foot capacity • The conveyor must have 600 positions with three position per lineal foot • The system must be free standing, ceiling support is not available • The system must be constructed to be expandable in the future • The Awarded vendor must provide shop drawings and submittals for equipment and installation • The Awarded vendor must be trained and certified by the manufacturer of the equipment to perform the installation or arrange for factory supervision during the installation process. • Equipment startup and training must be provided by a factory authorized representative • The Awarded vendor must provide a minimum of two (2) return visits in the 6 month period following completion of the installation for adjustments, lubrication, maintenance, etc.
