Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the installation of in-place paving including all necessary material, manpower and equipment to pave a 2.4 mile section of reclaimed roadbed on Ulster County Road #16, Milton Turnpike, Town of Marlborough. The pavement will average 22' wide (two-11’ lanes) and will be a minimum of 2 ½” thick when compacted. Ulster County engineers estimate 5500 tons of material will be required to complete this project.
