RFB-UC15-142C - IN PLACE PAVING OF COUNTY ROADS

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the application of In-Place Asphalt Paving by the Ulster County Public Works, Highway Department, for the specified Ulster County roadways indicated in this bid document. 

The contractor will furnish all necessary materials, equipment and labor to accomplish the anticipated work. The anticipated work includes the construction signage and electronic message boards; the maintenance and protection traffic (flagging); the preparation of the existing roadway; the cold planning of all intersecting roadways joints and asphalt driveways; the application of tack coat, the hauling of TYPE 6F asphalt; the placement and compaction of the asphalt; and temporary and permanent pavement markings. The Ulster County Department of Highways and Bridges will schedule and coordinate the project with the Awarded vendor.
