Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for application of Cooperative, In-Place Asphalt Paving, and truing and leveling for drainage purposes, for various roadways located within Ulster County. The anticipated roads to be paved are listed in the document; however, the list is subject to change. The actual roadways to be paved will be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Ulster County will be procuring the asphalt products. The contractor will be asked to respond with pricing per square yard for two options: Ulster County hauling the asphalt and the vendor hauling the asphalt.
The contractor will furnish the necessary equipment and labor to accomplish the paving and will work with the assistance of, and in conjunction with, the workforce and equipment of Ulster County Highways and Bridges. The Ulster County Department of Highways will schedule and coordinate the project with the Awarded vendor.

THIS JOB MUST BE COMPLETED NO MORE THAN 6 WEEKS AFTER NOTICE TO START IS GIVEN BY DEPT. OF HIGHWAYS & BRIDGES.
