Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain firm fixed price proposals based upon the fixed hourly rate as provided in their pricing proposal from firm(s) specializing in a variety of graphic services in support of the County’s Tourism Department.
Firms are expected but are not limited to perform the following services: graphic design for cover and original spread including FPO’s (show layout for position purposes) and scans, final production including resizing and adding scans, inserting bingo ad scans, inserting cards, providing laser proofs, converting text files, acquisition of photos, photo review/selection proofing and printer file preparation through bluelines and color proofing from printer.
ONE Copy of a Fee Proposal shall be submitted in a separate, SEALED envelope marked "RFP-UC07-23, Fee Proposal". Do not submit fee information in the copies of the proposals.
The Fee quoted will include all items of labor, materials, travel, equipment and other costs necessary to fully complete the project. The Fee proposal shall contain information relative to hours worked and hourly rate by project personnel title and firm (if more than one). Hourly rates, overhead and other aspects of the fee proposal shall remain constant for the duration of the contract and any agreed extensions. The contract will be for costs incurred with a not to exceed fixed-fee of $20,000.00.
