RFB-UC08-11 - Copy Paper

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of High Speed Copy Paper for procurement by the Ulster County Departments and others authorized by law, including certain non-profit independent post-secondary, secondary and elementary educational institutions located throughout Ulster County. All orders generated from this bid will be billed individually. 

Bulk Stockroom - Orders for our Central Service Department (Reproduction Department). All bulk orders will be shipped to and billed to Central Services. MUST HAVE LIFT GATE TRUCK. 

Direct Stockless – INDIVIDUAL ORDERS by UC Departments and other agencies. A minimum order of six cartons will be imposed on any using Department or entity; however, they are not restricted in regard to maximum orders. Paper will be ordered on a Purchase Order or voucher and the billing will be direct to each ordering department. PRICE TO INCLUDE DESKTOP DELIVERY TO ALL LOCATIONS.
