RFB-UC07-15 - Copy Paper

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of High Speed Copy Paper for procurement by the Ulster County Departments and others authorized by law, including certain non-profit independent post-secondary, secondary and elementary educational institutions located throughout Ulster County. All orders generated from this bid will be billed individually. 

Bulk Stockroom - Orders for our Central Service Department (Reproduction Department). All bulk orders will be shipped to and billed to Central Services. Vendor MUST PROVIDE PALLET JACK. LIFT GATE TRUCK REQUIRED FOR BULK ORDERS. 

Direct Stockless – INDIVIDUAL ORDERS by UC Departments and other agencies. A minimum order of six cartons will be imposed on any using Department or entity; however, they are not restricted in regard to maximum orders. Paper will be ordered on a Purchase Order or voucher and the billing will be direct to each ordering department. PRICE TO INCLUDE DESKTOP DELIVERY TO ALL LOCATIONS. 

HISTORY: Average six month copy paper expenditure for Ulster County’s Departments is $25,000.00.
