Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of Cold Planing Road Services, as needed, for the Ulster County Department of Public Works. The actual roadways to be cold planed will be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.

The vendor will furnish all necessary equipment, operators, flag people and laborers to perform the entire project of cold planing of municipal roads with or without the assistance of Ulster County Highways & Bridges workforce.
