RFB-UC12-51 - COLD PLANING ROAD SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of Cold Planing Road Services, as needed, in the County of Ulster and shall include all eligible Ulster County municipalities. The highways to be cold planed will be determined by the Municipal Officer responsible for road and street maintenance and repair. The award may be made in whole, based on the square yard, at the most common depth of cut (2” to 2 ¾”) as stipulated in the specifications and the hourly rate for equipment (with operators) to the lowest responsive, responsible bid in the best interest of Ulster County.
