Summary of Specifications:
This is a bid for the procurement and installation of a new gas fired hot water boiler (B1) and related equipment per the attached specification for procurement by Ulster County Buildings and Grounds.
The following is a general listing of work items to be provided under this Contract which is not necessarily all inclusive, nor shall it limit the extent of the work or exclude any work shown or specified and not listed:
1.1 SCOPE OF WORK
A. Provide and install new gas fired hot water Boiler B-1.
B. Provide new hot water piping system as indicated, including piping, valves, fittings and compression tank.
C. Complete insulation of piping valves and equipment as specified.
D. Provide complete system of identification for piping, equipment and ductwork, as specified.
E. Provide new boiler flue pipe from the new gas fired hot water boiler and connect to the new chimney liner as required for a complete system.
F. Provide motors and motor controllers for all HVAC equipment.
G. Testing, balancing, training and one (1) year guarantee.
H. Provide all cutting and patching as required for the removal and installation of all HVAC work.
I. Provide modifications and additions to the domestic water piping as indicated.
J. Provide insulated combustion air system with motorized damper.
K. Complete temperature control system, including control wiring.
