This chair style is best for patients; the fabric covers the space between chair and foot rest when in recline position: Other models may be considered: no alternative style will be accepted. 

Please include shipping and handling, FOB Destination in pricing. Prices shall be quoted per unit, and shall include inside delivery, uncrating, assembly, setting in place and removal of debris. 

Price shall be quoted per unit tailgate delivery. 

All items are to be billed at the price in effect as of the date of the Purchase Order or at the time the order is placed, even if items are not delivered until after the end of the contract period. 

Need three (3) Chairs ASAP with a possible order of three more at same prices and conditions.
