Summary of Specifications:
1. Insert HDPE Dish under Existing Manhole Cover; 2. Inject Pressure Grout for Manhole Minor Leakage Repair; 3. Inject Pressure Grout in Conjunction with the Use of Interior Surface Lining/Coating for Significant Leakage Manhole Repair; 4. Repair of Manhole’s Structural Damage; 5. Apply Flex Seal at Chimney Section of Manhole (Separate Work Item in addition to Items 2, 3, and 4 repairs); 6. Remove Debris, Obstructions, and Clean up Manhole Interior, or cut degraded liner near entrance; 7. Adjust Vertical and Horizontal Alignments of Shifted Manhole Cover and Frame; 8. Replace Cracked Manhole Grouting Around the Exposed Manhole Cover and Frame; 9. Disconnect and/or Plug Improper Connections; 10. Replace Manhole Cover and Frame (Watertight and Regular Manhole Cover); 11. Open and Inspect manhole to identify the location of I/I source, or to inspect the manhole interior and document the defects from fieldwork; 12. Locate, Open, and Inspect buried /missing manholes. Documenting the field findings; 13. Raise manhole’s cover and frame as per the request of inspector, and as indicated on the list; and 14. Miscellaneous Additional Work (for repair of defects found from items 11, 12 work, and no item’s unit prices on this Contract).
