Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland’s District Attorney’s Office and Department of General Services Purchasing Division intend to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to Systems Engineering Technologies Corporation. This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with Rockland County Procurement Policy and approval by the Rockland County Legislature. This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The Contractor shall provide two additional monitor and playback licenses and upgrade the existing monitoring system to enhance the current SYTECH Advanced Digital Audio Collection System (ADACS) system. This system is considered to be an interception, collection and preservation of spoken and written communications including landline and cellular telecommunications, facsimile exchange and packet data communications. The electronic platforms must be compliant with the requirements and formats mandated by the Communications Assistance for Law enforcement Act of 1994 (CALEA).
