RFQ-RC-2014-107 - Uniform Patches - Design and Production for Sheriff's Depet

Important Note to Vendors:

1. Will require a minimum of 8 hours of consultation and design presentation with members of the Command Staff of the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. The consultation will be conducted at the R.C.S.O. Headquarters located at 55 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956. 

2. Will require the design and preparation of artwork for three (3) designs of embroidered emblems to be reviewed by the Command Staff of the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. 

3. Will require the production of 3 concept designs to be presented as finished samples for consideration and review by the Command Staff of the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. Each of these samples may require 2 actual sample variations of each design concept where the same design is used and the colors are changed in various areas of the design. 

4. The design will be a 4 ½ inch design that will be 100% embroidered with a plastic backing on the back of the emblem. The emblem will have a merrowed border. The final design will have between 12 and 14 different thread colors in a minimum 30,000 stitch count. 

5. Approximate number of patches/emblems 2,500 with one background color and 2,500 with same design and different background color. 

6. Request is for price per patch/emblem, to include the cost of design.
