Important Note to Vendors:
To supply a division of the highway Department with uniform Renta & Cleaning Services. This service will encompass 8-10 employees. The contract is for one year from date of award, with the option to renew for two additionalone year terms. Provide a weekly cost for the items below. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS... 1. 11 Issue- 5 Day cycle. 2. Weekly pick-up and delivery. 3. Individual fitting for all employees and new hires. 4. New uniforms to be provided at start of agreement. 5. New uniforms to be provided to all new hires. 6. Guaranteed new replacements to be provided when necessary. 7. Continous garment maintenance. 8. Provide whatever sizes are necessary. 9. Two(2)emblems to be sewn on shirts (Emblems to be provided by county. 10. Employee name to be embroidered on shirts. 11. 100% cotton fabric. 12. Uniforms to be pressed.
