Summary of Specifications:
The County is currently upgrading its Financial and HR software to PeopleSoft 8 ERP applications and is seeking to identify qualified and interested individuals to provide services to attain “Best Yet” functionality from the advanced Peoplesoft Purchasing Modules currently licensed including, but not limited to, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Catalog Management, eSupplier Connection, P Cards, etc. This is not a call for actual Consulting Firms but preferably for individuals with a proven ability and can demonstrate direct usage and knowledge transfer of the indicated PeopleSoft modules in a Public Procurement setting. The Purchasing Division is seeking a hands-on individual that can assist and explain through trial and error, from a user’s point-of-view, their recommendations in setting up the procurement modules.
The County currently has an Implementation Provider on contract. The services listed above will be separate from that contract and will report directly to the Director of Purchasing.

Please include a detailed description of your PeopleSoft experience and your ability to provide these services. For the purposes of responding to this Request for Information / Qualifications, respondents are requested to submit an all inclusive hourly rate.
