Description

SCOPE
1. The County of Rockland is seeking bids for both “New” (Section 1) and “Refurbished” (Section II) Analog & Digital Centrex and ISDN telephone communications equipment.
EQUIPMENT
1. All equipment is for Intellipath II Centrex System use with a Verizon/Northern Telecom DMS-100 or AT&T 5ESS switch.
2. All Power supply units shall to be included with the telephones and shipped at the same time.
3. Equipment is to be available in black, gray and ash (or any other color available by the manufacturer. Color selection to be made at time of order (based on manufacturer’s color selection) by the authorized County of Rockland representative.
4. The County of Rockland requires that equipment to be delivered must be evaluated in an operational situation prior to acceptance of any Bid.
5. Vendor may be required to provide a sample of equipment if needed for bid analysis.

NOTE: PIGGYBACKING TERMS SHALL COINCIDE WITH ORIGINAL AWARD DATES AND AS EXTENDED.
