Important Note to Vendors:
Prices shall be delivered prices: FOB:Destination, prepaid and allowed.

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

If submitting a quote for an approved equal, samples shall be required for evaluation. Samples should be sent to, County of Rockland, Purchasing Division, 50 Sanatorium Rd., Building A, Second Floor, Pomona, NY 10970. Samples(minimum of 2 bags of 10 or total of 20 of each size) should be recieved no later than November 16, 2009.

Award shall be made to the lowest quote in it's entirety.
