RFQ-RC-2018-077 - Software, Web Based Students Records Management System; and Training

 
The County of Rockland is looking to acquire an Employee / Student Records Management and Registration system software to track employee training while also registering and tracking County of Rockland Training Center registrants for the various Public Safety and other classes run by and held at its Fire Training Center.
The project shall include 12 months Enterprise Licenses which shall include five (5) Administration Users; necessary tools for Instructors, unlimited students, all installation / setup and the recommended training for a software that has the same/similar models/features as XenDirect or approved equal.  The County of Rockland is also requesting the option to include the import of current data of employees and volunteer student profiles, courses, sections and staff, companies, student assignment history.  Response shall also include any optional third-party software (Insight Pro).
