Full Title: Site License for the use of an existing Communication Stealth Tree Tower located on the grounds of the Mitch Miller Property (120' and 150' elevations) 

The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to enter into a License Agreement for the placement of wireless communications equipment on specified elevations of a stealth tree pole located at 94 Lime Kiln Road, Wesley Hills, New York 10901 (a.k.a. The Mitch Miller Property) for the purpose of improving wireless 9-1-1 services.
