Full Title: Site License for use of Exterior Space on the Fred Loscher Veteran's Cemetery Property for the Placement of a Communications Tower and Related Equipment. The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to enter into a License Agreement for the placement of wireless communications equipment on specified elevations of a stealth tree pole located at 175 Brick Church, New Hempstead, New York 10977 (a.k.a. Fred Loscher Veterans Cemetery) for the purpose of improving wireless 9-1-1 services. The County of Rockland is offering a site license to install vendor owned communications equipment at specified elevations and use of a portion of certain real property located at 175 Brick Church Road, New Hempstead, New York 10977 (a.k.a. Fred Loscher Veteran’s Cemetery) to a firm(s)/company(s) that desires to install, operate and maintain, a personal communication service system facility including antennas, cabinets, and equipment shelter. PROPERTY The County shall license the use of that certain space on the County’s stealth tower containing approximately 2200 square feet, situated on a portion of premises known on the official tax map of the Town of Ramapo as Tax ID # 49.8-1-13 in the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, together with the non-exclusive right for ingress and egress, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, on foot or motor vehicle, including trucks.
