Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to enter into a License Agreement for the placement of wireless communications equipment on the specified 90' and 100' elevations of a stealth tree pole located at 175 Brick Church, New Hempstead, New York 10977 (a.k.a. Fred Loscher Veterans Cemetery) for the purpose of improving wireless 9-1-1 services. SCOPE Rockland County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the selection of wireless service provider(s) to enter into a License Agreement for available elevation on the County’s Public Communications Tower.
