Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

The County of Rockland's decision if the unit shall be considered as an equal is final.

Prices shall be valid for one year from date of award.

Prices quoted shall include freight. Only quotes that submit unit price including freight shall be acceptable.

Quantities are estimated yearly useage by the County of Rockland, not necessarily quantities ordered. Quantities may be greater or less than those quanities stated depending on the needs of the County.

If submitting an approved equal product, a sample will need to be sent to the hospital within 5 days, if requested.
