RFQ-RC-2025-160 - Safety Products for Seniors

The Rockland County Office for Aging has a current need for Safety products specified to be supplied to senior citizens in Rockland County.  Quotes must be for items specified. alternates may be considered if they meet the specifications listed.  The Office for the Aging will have final say on if alternate item is approved.  All items must be in stock available to ship within 15 days.  These items are needed for an upcoming event.  Suppliers must upload manufacturer brochure providing pictures and product specifications.  FOB Destination prepaid and allowed must be included in prices. Bidders submitting and alternate, may be required to send samples for overnight delivery at no cost to the county.  If samples are requested and not recieved the bidder will be not be considered for this award.  This is a one time purchase. Brand new, no irregulars.
