Summary of Specifications:
TOWN OF STONY POINT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Stony Point at 74 East Main Street, Stony Point, New York, up to and including 10:00 AM on January 4, 2011, for the receipt of bids for Replacement Lighting at Kirkbride Hall at the Patriot Hills Complex within the Town of Stony Point, New York.
Bids will be opened and read at 10:30 AM on January 4, 2011 at the Town Offices, 74 East Main Street, Stony Point, NY. Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (except Holidays). Bids will be awarded by the Town Board after January 11, 2011.
Bids need to be delivered in sealed form. The Town cannot guarantee unintended disclosure of any proposal submitted in other than a sealed envelope, directed to the TOWN CLERK, with “KIRKBRIDE REPLACEMENT LIGHTING” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
All bidders must be licensed to do business within the State of New York, out of state bidders must be registered with the Secretary of State.
The above requirements make bidder or contractor available for any legal process that may be required by any resident in the State of New York or any Governmental Agencies.
The Stony Point Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept any proposal, which in the opinion of the Stony Point Town Board, will be in the best interest of the residents of the Town of Stony Point.
