Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is seeking a Contractor to provide all analysis, supervision, labor, materials, backhoe and other equipment and related services for the removal, transportation and disposal at an authorized DEC facility of approximately 900 cubic yards (700 Tons) of non-hazardous contaminated soil. The soil has already been analyzed, stockpiled and placed on plastic. A copy of the analysis from Environmental Management Solution of NY, Inc. for testing done 5/16/03 is enclosed for reference (Exhibit A). Download complete bid specifications and Bid Proposal Page.
