Printed privacy sleeves to be used with optical scan ballots. Vendor will receive a PDF of artwork. A proof will be required for approval. Submitted prices include all costs, including inside delivery.

Sample scans show the front panels from another County. The County of Rockland will use similar front panels, and will have type on the back panel. There will be no printing on the inside.
