The County of Rockland has need of Preventative Maintenance, Calibration and Servicing of 55 Scales in various locations through out the Dr R L Yeager Health Center, Sanatorium Rd., Pomona, NY 10970.

Preventative Maintenance, Calibration and Servicing of 55 Scales listed (see attachment) shall be for one year performed quarterly.

Repairs to Scales shall be based on a time and material basis, when needed.

Cost of parts shall be based on a cost plus mark up on Manufacturer's or Distributer's cost of parts. Invoices for parts shall be produced when requested by the County of Rockland. Please fax with your quote your markup on cost of parts.

All work must be scheduled and approved by Facilites Management. Please call Ray Lynch for scheduling and approval at 845-364-2757.
