Summary of Specifications:
This RFP is to cover the hours of service needed but not covered / contracted under previous RFP (RFP-RC-04-030). This RFP is to provide Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Services to children, Early Intervention and Pre-K, at the Department of Mental Health's Development Center located at Pomona, NY during the 2nd half of the 2004-2005 and 1st half of 2005-2006 school year including the 6 week summer serssion as per the RFP specifications. RFP has an option to extend for a second term.
